Adam Smith has 30 years’ experience in powersports and business development success. Smith started with one Harley-Davidson dealership and grew to own and manage six Harley-Davidson and two Lucky Penny dealerships. Calculated Risk’s Texas Harley-Davidson is the largest Harley-Davidson dealership in the state of Texas – based on both square footage and sales – and is also consistently one of the largest sales tax generators in its city. It is also ranked in the Top Ten Harley-Davidson dealerships in the nation and was named 2018 Mid-Size Business of the Year by the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Chamber of Commerce. ​

In 2022, Smith sold his Harley-Davidson and Lucky Penny dealerships to Navigant Oak, LLC, a private holding company. The sale allows Smith to retain 20% ownership of all dealerships as well as a seat on the board of directors. The sale closed May 16.​
